This class can generate and check short hash values.

It can generate short hash codes using either mcrypt if available or md5 hash.

The class can also create long code that is split by a pre-defined length and can check if a string exists in the code.

The recommended minimum length is 6 characters as this provides enough entropy to provide uniqueness.
