Ma Uploader: Validate and process multiple uploaded files

This class can validate and process multiple uploaded files.

It can validate uploaded files by accepting only files with given file name extensions or rejecting files with certain extensions, as well limit the size of the accepted files.

The validated files are moved to a given upload directory. The class may prevent accepting also files with names of those that were previously uploaded.
