This class can compose and output HTML tree menus.

It is an enhanced version of the original provided by Sword Su.

This version can handle frames by using JavaScript, handles menus without submenus, handles links to external and internal pages, controls appearance through styles, makes selected items upper case, added the auto-close to the menu parameters, etc..
