This package implements an application to manage payments from school students.

It implements several operations with school system users and student payments, storing the information in a database.

Currently, it can:

- Add a new student

- Change student information

- Delete student information records

- Get the list of students

- Get student information details

- Add a new student payment

- Get all payments of a student

- Get the list of system users

- Get the list of school departments

- Get the list of the type of payment fees
