Hello,
in theory there are plenty of tools around who could be used for generating source code documentation e.g.
phpdoc.org/
phpdox.de/
sitepoint.com/generating-php-docume ...

In reality it is hard to find something that is working.

How about php classes extends its scope and offers an online service for getting source code, classes, packages, etc. documented.

Thank you for the suggestion. I think that service can be useful. Right now we are focusing our priorities on launching the PHP Classes marketplace.

Maybe that services could be a good idea to turn into a business. It needs to be validated, as sometimes users would pay for something even better than that.
