Hi,

The provided fix for mac is not very good because is only disables the compression. I have compared it to other zip implementations and the error is that some entries where added twice.

I have fixed this on a version that is only based on the provided because this uses a lot of memory while the optimized does not.

I have additionally added some small enhancemens.

The most credit goes still to the developer of the original class. I hope he will move the fix to his version as well.
